His next victim a male epileptic had to die because Dr. CREAM had an eye on his wife. For this crime he spent 10 years in prison.
1891 he went to England again and poisoned four prostitutes with strychnine, playing judge over morality. The verdict came soon after his arrest – death by hanging. During the trial Dr. CREAM also confessed to the Whitechapel Murders, bragging about being Jack the Ripper. Anyway it was proven, that he stayed in prison during that year (1888).
